Orders
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or directly on the carrier's website. You can also log into your account and view the order status under 'My Orders'.
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. After that, the order may have already been shipped. Once shipped, you'll need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna (Pay Later, Pay in 3), Bancontact, iDEAL, Sofort, and bank transfer. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment system.

Shipping
Shipping is FREE on all orders over €150. For orders under €150, shipping costs vary by destination: Western Europe €9.90, Southern Europe €12.90, Northern Europe €14.90, Eastern Europe €14.90, and United Kingdom €19.90.
Delivery times depend on your location. Western Europe: 2-4 business days. Southern & Northern Europe: 3-5 business days. Eastern Europe: 4-7 business days. United Kingdom: 5-8 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CET are usually shipped the same day.
Yes! We ship to all EU countries, the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland. For shipping to other countries outside Europe, please contact our customer service team for a custom quote.
Currently, we operate as an online-only store and don't have a physical pickup location. All orders are shipped directly to your specified delivery address.
Returns
We offer a 100-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 100 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Log into your account, go to 'My Orders', select the order, and click 'Return Items'. Choose the items you want to return, print the prepaid shipping label, and drop off your package at any authorized shipping location. You can also email [email protected] for assistance.
Yes, returns are free within the EU. We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all returns. For customers in the UK and Switzerland, a small return shipping fee may apply due to customs requirements.
Once we receive your return, we'll process it within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

The grinder is just as important as the machine. For espresso, we recommend a burr grinder with stepless adjustment for precise dialing. For filter coffee, a stepped grinder works well. Budget options like the Baratza Encore are great for beginners, while the Niche Zero or Eureka Mignon series are excellent mid-range choices. For commercial use, we carry Mahlkonig and Mazzer.
Yes, we stock a wide range of replacement parts for the major brands we carry, including group head gaskets, shower screens, portafilter baskets, steam wand tips, and more. Regular maintenance is key to great coffee and machine longevity. We recommend daily backflushing with water, weekly backflushing with cleaning detergent, monthly descaling (depending on water hardness), and replacing the group head gasket every 6-12 months. Each product page includes specific maintenance instructions, and we stock all the cleaning supplies you'll need.
Flat burrs produce a more uniform grind with a cleaner, brighter taste profile and are preferred for espresso. Conical burrs create a slightly more varied particle distribution, often resulting in a fuller body, and are popular for filter brewing.
