30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy on all coffee equipment. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Whether you've changed your mind or the product doesn't meet your expectations, we've got you covered.
Important: Espresso machines and grinders must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included. Please keep your original packaging for at least 30 days after delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
Starting a return is simple. Follow these steps:
Log into Your Account
Go to "My Orders" and select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
Select Items to Return
Choose the items you want to return and select a reason. This helps us improve our products and service.
Print Your Return Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label. Attach it securely to your package.
Ship Your Package
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location. Keep your receipt for tracking.
Don't have an account? No problem! Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and we'll help you process your return.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect the products and process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchange Policy
Need a different model or variant? Exchanges are easy! You have two options:
- Direct Exchange: Select "Exchange" when initiating your return and choose the new product. We'll ship the replacement item as soon as we receive your return.
- Return & Reorder: Return the original item for a full refund and place a new order for the item you want. This is the fastest option if you need your new item quickly.
For exchanges, if the new item has a higher price, you'll be charged the difference. If it's lower, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method.
Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your items meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- All original tags and labels must be attached
- Items should be in their original packaging when possible
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Include all accessories, manuals, and bonus items that came with the product
Non-Returnable Items
For quality and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used:
- Coffee beans and ground coffee (once the sealed packaging has been opened)
- Coffee capsules and pods (if packaging has been opened)
- Water filters and descaling products (once opened)
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
If you've received a defective or damaged item in any of these categories, please contact us immediately and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or defective product? We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue
We'll arrange a free return and send you a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to cover any shipping costs for defective items.
