Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM CET on business days are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing times may be extended by 1-2 business days.
Espresso machines and large equipment are carefully packed in double-walled boxes with custom foam inserts and protective packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or directly on the carrier's website.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after you receive the shipping confirmation.

Following Brexit, orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties and import VAT. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.
